TOC GRADNJA
The founders of TOC GRADNJA started to operate as Ispet Group in environmental management issues, with the recycling factory they bought in Turkey in 2003, following the maritime company they established in 1993.
In the meantime, they continued their activities in many different construction projects together with some construction companies. The Group started its activities in Montenegro in 2018 by investing in the waste management busines. Seeing the life style change noticed during the pandemic period, they decided to make projects suitable for remote working at home, still living in the heart of natureand stillsocializing. So the established TOC GRADNJA in 2021.

VILLAMONTE
The company has started a project called VillaMonte ( www.villamonte.me ) in Montenegro, which offers a privileged life without getting away from the city, living in nature, without drowning in crowds, but still socializing. That was in paralel to the construction experience gained in Turkey.
The project is being built with an innovative, quality and efficiency-oriented approach, offering a luxurious standard of living to the people of Montenegro.
TOC GRADNJA plans to establish its product range and portfolio management in five different segments: residential, office, storage, tourism and retail. TOC GRADNJA stands out with its original works in the most central locations of Montenegro cities, adopting the principle of providing solutions that will make the lives of its customers easier with its projects.
The company’s team specialized in urbanism and construction develops projects that increase the quality of life and have the potential to change the entire environment of the region where the projects are made, by utilizing the knowledge and experience of its distinguished partners in the sector. Considering the experience, dedication and plans of the company, it seems quite possible to say that the Montenegrin people have a claim and a goal to radically change their post-pandemic living standards and habits.
This is another reason why TOC GRADNJA started to develop a residential project in touch with nature in 2022 by undertaking the VillaMonte project, which has a high return potential because it is unique.
